This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for purchases made on our platform, including credit packages and subscription plans.
When an AI generation task fails due to a system or provider error, the credits reserved for that task are automatically refunded to your account. No action is required on your part.
If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted or you experienced an issue not covered by automatic refunds, you may contact our support team. We will review your request and process a refund if appropriate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days.
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After this window, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Credit packages are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing you from using your purchased credits, please contact our support team for assistance.
